1. Mess.be does not control the messages, information or files appearing in this IRC Chatroom.

2. It is a condition of your use of the IRC Chatroom, that you DO NOT:

a) Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the IRC Chatroom. Thus, please respect each other, in relation to ages, races, cultures, sexual orientation, and genders. Casual bantering, expression of opinions, standing up for what you believe in, is encouraged. We support the right to freedom of speech. However we do not support personal attacks towards anyone. Any harassment or any forms of abuse are prohibited. In addition: We don't tolerate any negative remarks about gay people. Borderline phrases like "That was gay!" etc. are not allowed either. If a violation to this policy occurs in the IRC Chatroom please report it to an active Operator (@).

b) Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law.

c) Post or transmit any information, software or other material which violates or infringes upon the rights of others, including material which is an invasion of privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or derivative works with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder.

d) Post or transmit any information, software or other material which contains a virus or other harmful component.

e) Post, transmit or in any way exploit any information, software or other material for commercial purposes.

f) Flood or spam the IRC Chatroom.

g) Impersonate Mess.be ops and admins, or server operators.

3. You understand that Mess.be has no obligation to monitor the IRC Chatroom. However, Mess.be reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, or to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in Mess.be's sole discretion are objectionable or in violation of these terms and conditions.

4. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mess.be and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).

5. Mess.be, its partners, advertisers and third party content providers are not liable for conduct by any user in our IRC Chatroom. Mess.be, its partners, advertisers or third party content providers make no guarantee of the accuracy, correctness or completeness of any information on the site, and are not responsible for: (i) any errors of omission arising from the use of such information; (ii) any failures, delays or interruptions in the delivery of any content or service contained within the site; (iii) any libelous or unlawful material contained within postings, profiles or user web pages. As a user, you agree to indemnify Mess.be, its partners, advertisers or third party content providers against any and all claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from the use of our IRC Chatroom. This expressly includes: (i) user responsibility for any and all liability arising from the violation or infringement of proprietary rights or copyrights, and (ii) any libelous or unlawful material contained within IRC messages.

6. There is no age restriction placed on the use of the IRC Chatroom.
